. A flag service will be performed by Girl Scout Troop 931, followed by a presentation by Dr. Joe Puglia, who will speak about the significance of Armistice Day and the legacy of the war. Local students will perform WWI inspired poetry and songs. All are invited to help decorate Lanterman House’s “Remembrance Tree” with ornaments honoring the service of La Cañada Flintridge’s veterans. Guests of all ages are invited to create a paper poppy to decorate the tree.
